On 25 April I drove from Whitwell, TN to initially look at a Silverado LTZ, however after arrival I didn't really have the manly "feel" or "vibe" for the vehicle. No worries, Tony, my Salesman, never pressured me but actually showed compassion and understanding. We talked about what I was looking for, what was a deal breaker for me, and walked straight to the 6.6 Litre ZR! My initial "vibe" was this is it, we test drove it, and confirmed, this was the right fit. During the test drive Tony was able to literally describe every feature of the vehicle. More impressive, discussing the numbers, Tony was not over bearing, but listened to my needs as to what I needed from my trade and was 100% upfront with his vehicle. I didn't feel stressed, he was understanding, and I wasn't there for hours going back and forth. We both reached an agreement that we were both in agreement with, both of us were successful, and I literally have zero regrets - except, had I known Tony a few years ago I'd done business with Landers McClarty sooner. Super attitude, personality, has true compassion for the customer, and reflects credit upon himself and Landers McClarty Chevrolet. I bought a 2026 Tahoe High County fro Jaylen Morris. Jalen was attentive, didn't try to hustle me. We arrived at a fair deal and they did a good job with my trade in. So, great job. And, the finance manager I worked with was great too (but I forgot his name). Great truck buying experience.
