The “boss man” immediately got me in touch with the most kindest salesman Mr. Sawyer and my deal took 2 1/2 hours max. I wasn’t expecting great expedited interactions however I received 5 star service with little to no small talk just how I like it. Please ask for Mr Sawyer he’s the kindest person I’ve met in a long while.

I just purchased a wrangler from this dealership,. I cannot say enough good things about the general manager, Deonte As well as my sales person, Ian Kelly. Deonte Is a straight shooter With great integrity And put a deal together that was a win-win for both sides. my sales person Ian is such an honest down to earth good person and is there to truly serve his customers. I cannot say enough good things about these people as well as Travis the finance guy. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase.

If I could rate them a 0 star I would. Landers had my 2017 hybrid Pacifica van for a total of 11 months “trying to fix it”. I had to beg for a rental car, which they finally after 3 months in-gave me a rental vehicle but for only 2 months out of 11 months of keeping my van. They called and said they finally fixed it on August 20, 2025. My van broke down on the way home from the dealership with the same issue. When we called them and sent pictures they told me that they exhausted all means of fixing my vehicle and they would not service again and to not bring it back. My van now just sits in my driveway not able to be driven. Not to mention my van was very clean when I dropped it off 11 months ago and this is how it looked when I picked it up from the dealership. You can see their boot prints, all of this dirt, the black everywhere and even water damage somehow on the roof!! Seriously unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone to go there. There were even leaves in my van. They gave it back after 11 months still not fixed and extremely nasty/dirty. Also, note that thy scratched the car and wheel. 0 out of 5 stars.

I inquired about a used car they have advertised. The pictures show a different "window sticker "for the car but when you get Carfax you can see the original window sticker and the price is much lower than what they posted. The salesman was a liar and schemer. No customer service skills. He took his time to reply and acted like he was doing me a favor. He addresses you like you are someone he doesn't like. As I told him via email, I will never do business with a deceptive place like that, and I do not recommend Bryan Sheffer. Be careful buying from here and from that guy. No wonder people hate car salesmen.
