My wife and I came to the dealership looking for something different. We found that in discriminatory judgmental treatment. The first time we shopped here we were dressed well, and treated well. The second time I wanted to take a second look, we were dressed more casually and parked down the street. We were totally ignored. Plenty of other car dealerships in the area, Id recommend any of them before going here.

Great at servicing my car. Had a problem on Thursday and they were able to fix right away. This little car is sure a handful and these guys are very patient with us. Friendly staff and great service. Always have a courtesy car for me too

Good organization and knowledgeable employees,but not much parking space.

Called hours in advance to have serviced vehicle ready to go. When I got there they had to "dig it out". Waited out in the rain for 40 min with no word from the staff. When I went back it to see them they said is was not running. Waited another 20 min with no word from the staff. Decided to leave as I had to catch a ferry. When I did I saw my vehicle being driven down the road away from the store very fast... Turned around to go and pick it up and they handed me the key without saying a thing to me... Horrible communications and untrustworthy staff. Worst service for the most expensive vehicle.

I've had limited experience there, but I found the sales rep helpful and took time to answer my questions.
