I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson from Langley Hyundai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was my first time purchasing a new car and my sales rep, Jason, was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, kind, and genuinely accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure to ask the right questions in order to best understand what I wanted in a new vehicle as well as what I needed. It was clear he cared about earning my business and making sure I was completely satisfied. Jason worked hard to get me a great deal and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Everyone else at the dealership was wonderful as well. I absolutely love my new Tucson so far! I had an excellent experience at Langley Hyundai with the purchase of a brand new Tucson Hybrid. Exceptional customer service from Jason Sharma and really good vehicle knowledge and a detailed explanation of everything about the car. Their financing department is really good as well they were able to secure a loan on a really good interest rate for me. Really respectful people and tried their best to give the best deal possible. Offered really good price for my trade in as well compared all the other dealerships. They were able to provide me the color and trim I was looking for. Would highly recommend these guys.

I would like to commend Langley Hyundai for its outstanding customer service. The dealership has improved significantly compared to when I first leased a vehicle from them four years ago. My wife and I visited in early April of this year (2026) to meet with our Sales Consultant, Asher Stephen, who had also assisted us with our 2022 Tucson N-Line. During this visit, we explored the possibility of transitioning to an electric vehicle due to continuously rising fuel prices. We had been considering the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5, based on strong reviews from well-known automotive critics in Canada and the U.S., and were very specific about wanting the highest available trim. We were not initially planning to replace our Tucson yet, since our lease was still active and we understood that ending it early could involve penalties. However, Asher provided honest and helpful guidance throughout our discussion and clarified that we could proceed with a change without incurring penalties. He secured a very competitive offer for my previous vehicle, which made it easier for us to seriously consider the transition. We further shared with Asher that, if we were to proceed, our ideal configuration would be the 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Preferred with the Ultimate package—the highest trim level available. To make it even more specific, we requested the Digital Teal exterior with a white interior, knowing this combination is quite rare. To our surprise, Asher confidently assured us he could secure exactly that specification within less than seven days, and he delivered on his promise. The exact vehicle arrived in under a week! Impressive! With the strong offer on our previous car and the precise model and specifications we wanted, our decision to upgrade came much sooner than expected. Asher provided excellent personal service throughout the entire process, right up until our new vehicle left the dealership. We truly appreciate his support and would confidently recommend him to our friends and family. I would also like to recognize Silvia Albarran, the Finance Manager, for her exemplary service and support, particularly in resolving confusion around the refund of my deposit. She handled the situation with professionalism and patience throughout—hats off to Silvia. We would also like to say that throughout our entire experience, we were treated like family rather than just customers or people to gain advantage from for sales. It made a real difference in how comfortable and valued we felt. Lastly, the service department continues to be friendly and welcoming. Special mention goes to Nabil Kaba, the Service Advisor, and the service staff who have consistently taken excellent care of my previous vehicle over the years. Overall, this was an excellent experience across sales, finance, and service. We hope Langley Hyundai will continue to uphold this exemplary level of service. Highly recommended!

I recently leased a Tucson Hybrid here, and I can honestly say it was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. After visiting multiple other dealerships and dealing with the usual runaround, walking into this location was a total breath of fresh air. I instantly got a great feeling about the place. The entire process was incredibly efficient, effective, and transparent. We went out for a fantastic test drive, and the team was so straightforward that we finalized the deal within an hour no exhausting back-and-forth games. Amazing service I always receive at Langley Hyundai. Jason is so respectful, honest, warm and patient. He was gentle and patient with very question we had.
