I called now with a pretty simple request. A young lady had purchased a Sage Green Chevy Trax from this office back in October. The driver and I got into a bit of a spat today, and I was less than nice. I just asked the salesperson if he could relay my apologies to her, since I don't have her contact details. All I got was a "Sorry, we can't do that. It's against our policy." I asked about the policy, and the salesperson hung up on me. Wow, such a seemingly simple request. I know, it's a bit different, and I acknowledged that when I explained. Still, you'd think that hardline (fake) "policies" would give way to compassion, in a case where I'm just trying to make amends. Goodness...

I brought my truck to Lapeyrouse Motors to have body work done on it. Kevin did an excellent job and was easy to deal with. He has many years of experience and was very professional. He’s honest and really helps out dealing with the insurance company.

I call to inquire about 2 certain vehicles. Mike Lapeyrouse could not answer my questions as asked and was in a hurry to get me off the phone. How RUDE.

Wow, all I can say is Wow. What an amazing dealership that really means that it is always about the customer. I found them online and reached out to make sure that they still had the Tahoe I was interested in was still on the lot. I was met with a friendly phone call where all my questions were answered. I have never in my life found a family/ team like this one. I received 0% pressure to visit or to buy anything. When you treat people with kindness, courtesy and professionalism they will buy a new vehicle. The offer for my trade was exactly what I asked for and the price for my new Tahoe could not be beat. I was willing to go the extra mile, 102 miles to be exact to make this deal. Oh did I mention that they offered to come to me if needed to save me time. I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future and I have already referred a family member to visit them soon.
