Purchased the truck and was delighted that they didn't add all the normal doc fees and prep fees you get at other dealers. Price was the price and got me on the road. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for a brake service. I’ve gone to these guys for almost all my services since moving to Laramie and never had a problem before. Typically they provide great customer service and work, but recently I went in to have my rear brakes and rotors replaced wherein they charged me 1,100 dollars after quoting me just under 400 a couple weeks prior during my oil change. The only thing I can figure is they put the most expensive parts on they could find, but I don’t know what those are because none of that information was communicated with me prior to or during the service. This is information that really needs to be shared with your customers so they don’t go in and get charged for more than twice the expected estimate.
