This is easily the best car dealership in Laredo, Tx. They will provide the best customer experience possible to anyone wanting to buy a new and/or used car or truck in Laredo.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Romeo at Laredo Dodge. This was one of the most complicated out-of-state vehicle purchases imaginable, and Romeo went unbelievably above and beyond from start to finish. I purchased a 2023 Ram TRX from Maine, and throughout the entire process Romeo was responsive, transparent, patient, and genuinely helpful every single step of the way. We had multiple paperwork and financing complications due to outside financing and business purchasing arrangements, and Romeo handled all of it without ever making me feel like a burden. He overnighted paperwork multiple times to make sure everything stayed on track and constantly kept communication open throughout the process. What really blew me away was what happened after my transport company completely failed me. After flying to Texas myself to retrieve the truck, Romeo literally picked me up from the airport and spent time driving around with me until we located my TRX. Most salespeople would have considered the deal “done” long before that point, but Romeo continued helping far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. At every point I felt like he genuinely cared more about making sure I got my truck safely than simply making a sale. Buying vehicles remotely can be stressful, especially high-end trucks like a TRX, but Romeo made the dealership side of the process smooth, honest, and trustworthy. I arrived at Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at my scheduled appointment time to claim what was clearly advertised as a guaranteed prize — not a raffle entry. Before I could even open my car door, a salesman was already at my window, pressuring me like a starving dog. I was taken inside, told I was "ready to claim" my prize, and then immediately pitched a raffle for $2,500 instead. This is a textbook example of deceptive trade practices — baiting consumers with guaranteed prizes, only to upsell or deflect. I showed up on time, followed all the rules, and was misled. I’ve saved all the promotional materials and will be filing formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this dealership.

I had a breakdown that required a new transmission to my vehicle. My service advisor was Robert Garza. I cannot stress enough what outstanding customer service I received during the repair. Mr. Garza kept me up to date daily and sometimes even hourly on how the repair was going. Yes, I may have to pay a little more for dealership service, but you can’t beat the peace of mind just knowing you can trust the staff and the excellent customer service at the Laredo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership Service Department.
