# Summary The dealership's sales staff consistently receives praise for professionalism, patience, and personalized service, though experiences vary significantly by salesperson. However, serious concerns emerge regarding service department responsiveness, warranty claim handling, and sales management conduct, with some customers reporting dismissive attitudes and aggressive sales tactics that contradict the positive initial buying experience.

I purchased my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Larry H. Miller Tucson and cannot say enough good things about the sales staff — they were phenomenal and made the buying experience excellent. Thanks Bill! Unfortunately, my experience with the Service Department has been very poor. The front bumper had a factory dimple (shaped like the swirl on a soft-serve ice cream cone). While hand-washing the Jeep, a quarter-sized or larger chunk of paint came off. There were also two recurring warning lights: Automatic Emergency Braking and Active Lane Management. I called Service on Tuesday and was told to bring it in Friday between 9am–1pm when the paint technician would be available. They said they would inspect it, take photos, and submit to corporate for warranty coverage as a factory defect. This is our only vehicle, so my wife went to drop it off and was supposed to get a rental. She couldn’t wait around with it. When she arrived and explained the issues, Service Manager Trent told her the paint guy had died 4 years ago and that this would not be covered under warranty. They also completely ignored the warning lights. She left upset and called me. When I called back, Trent gave me the same story about the bumper and made no offer to send anything to corporate. When I asked about the lights, he said “we could have looked at that, your wife didn’t say anything.” I highly doubt my wife omitted that information. I then spent over 2 hours on the phone with Jeep Care (4 disconnects and 4 different representatives) repeating the entire story. Meanwhile, they handed my wife a card for Chapman Automotive Repair, saying their rates are good and that’s who they use. This directly contradicts what I was originally told — that they had a body shop and paint guy who would handle this. I had to make an appointment at another local Jeep dealership. They told me on the phone that they would take pictures and send it to corporate to see if it’s covered by warranty. I’ll attach a photo of the bumper. Very disappointed in the service experience after buying the vehicle here. Time wasted, and a day late at work.

Huge shoutout to Fernando Lopez for helping me find my new ride! I told him exactly what I was looking for, and the very first car he showed me was the one I bought. We took it out for a spin, and Fernando couldn’t have been kinder throughout the process. I am absolutely loving my new jeep! It drive smooth and the bass is top tier when I play my music.

Wow ! Whole team had their backs against the wall. Computer snafu had them scrambling to get my trade-in/purchase completed. Mikey Ohanlon quick to greet me and get the ball rolling. Joseph Owens the Sales Manager and his team kept calling audibles until they found a work around to get me in and out in my new ride. Whole Team kept me informed with constant updates during the entire process, and happy to say I drove home in my new car. Thank you Mikey O, Joseph and your entire Team 👍🏽 ScottG 2025 Corvette ZO6 🏁

Victoria made the process so pleasurable. No pressure, lots of fun and a very calm experience. She tried to find what we wanted , never tried to get us to spend more. LOL we figured out how to do that all on our own 😊

Yesterday my partner and I visited Larry H. Miller Jeep on Pantano to look at a vehicle. We initially worked with a salesperson named Will from the Columbus location and he was truly excellent. He was helpful, patient, practical, and respectful. He even took the time to bring us to the Pantano location because the vehicle we were interested in was only available there. His customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed once we sat down with the sales manager, William Ellsworth from the pantano location. We were quoted a high APR, which we were not comfortable with. Instead of having a professional and informative conversation, he was awful. He became extremely pushy, dismissive, and condescending. He repeatedly said things like, “But I thought you liked the car,” and “If the payment works for you, why does the APR matter?” These comments felt manipulative and disrespectful. When we expressed discomfort and explained that APR absolutely does matter, his tone became aggressive and belittling. He spoke down to us. When we finally addressed how rude and unprofessional he was being, he abruptly told us, “You can go.” The interaction was shocking and completely unacceptable. Purchasing a vehicle is a major financial commitment and not an everyday purchase. It requires transparency, patience, and respect. The aggressive pressure tactics used by this sales manager were inappropriate and honestly alarming. Some people struggle with saying no, and behavior like this could easily push someone into a decision that is not right for them. While Will provided excellent service and genuinely tried to help us, the conduct of the sales manager completely overshadowed the experience. I hope upper management takes this seriously, as no customer should ever feel intimidated, belittled, or pressured when making such an important decision.
