This is a great place to purchase a car or truck. Mohammad, my salesman, was the best!! He gets 5 stars for the customer service he provided. At one point, I think he went to a nearby convenience store or gas station to buy my wife and I a much needed Coke. Both he and his manager went out of their way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and answer our questions. They had the best inventory around of luxury Super Duty trucks. I drove 4 1/2 hours to come and get the model and build out I wanted. There was no high pressure. I left with a better truck and a better deal than I found at neighboring competitors.

I started looking for a new 4 x4 Ranger after I realized the 2WD Maverick I had bought 15 months before did not have the capabilities I needed. I called Larry Miller Ford in Mesa and spoke with product specialist, Kim. She listened to my stories and we narrowed down what would work for me. I texted her photos of my Maverick with less than 4,000 miles. Kim got back to me that same day, while others I called did not. Kim relayed an excellent proposal that was actually a bit better than I expected. I made a plan to visit Larry Moller Ford the next day. I live in Tucson so after driving up to Mess, I was happy to hear I the same thing when I arrived as had previously been communicated. I love the truck Kim had for me. It is a great color and most all of the options on the truck I would have selected. We went in a test-drive so I could become familiar. The process was relatively quick, Joseph the Finance Manager was a true gentleman and helped me get the Ford Service Contract I was looking for to ensure I can own the beautiful Ranger for many years. I was a bit scared to even engage Larry Miller Ford because I thought they eeee a Rockem Sockem’ organization that was looking to rip my face off. The reality couldn’t have been further than the nightmare I anticipated. Everybody in the building was super nice to me and made it easy for me to accomplish my goal. I definitely would recommend you give Larry Miller Forf in Mesa a call and a visit. You will be treated fairly and impressed as I was.

They were friendly, let me clarify they are women friendly. Veteran friendly, really appreciate this. As a single lady, I know I have to know enough to hold my when comes to vehicles, yada yada, most dealers don't listen to what ya want or need. They took the time to really listen to me and my needs. I walked away with more bells and whistles than I expected at a lower price than expected. Respectful and work hard for you. I recommend highly

06/17/26 my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up for service at 8am. I did not receive a call or text, so by 9am I called in to get answers. I was upset that no one had reached out until after noon, but to my surprise Xavier went above and beyond to resolve the issue! He was very apologetic and explained to me what glitch caused the miscommunication in their system. Xavier assured us that he would take care of us and he did just that! To accommodate us for the inconvenience, Xavier added two complimentary full service oil changes to our account. I really appreciate him for reaching out and being intentional about providing a solution. 06/18/26 Mobile service was sent out to service our Transit and Thomas did a great job quickly! You do miss a few things with the mobile service, but overall we’re happy that it was quick and convenient. Thank you Xavier for getting us taken care of, and Thomas for providing great service. We appreciate you both and will be visiting the dealership soon and I look forward to meeting you so that I can thank you in person!
