I drove over one hundred miles to get the vehicle I desired. I wanted a specific exterior and interior color equipped to my liking. Hillis had the car. We actually did the deal over the phone. Everyone I encountered was professional and pleasant. They earned my business. I will give them first chance when I am ready for our next Jeep. Two thumbs up for Jeff Davis.

This place has restored my faith in dealership auto shops. I brought them a 06 toyota corolla that I had played parts game with and lost severely. This shop fixed me up fast and the fix was simple. After I had such a good experience I brought them my 2011 durango with cooling fan issues and again these techs fixed me up fast and just simple repairs I cant believe how honest they have been..these repairs could have made other shops alot of money in diagnostics and parts. Very knowledgeable Technicians, fantastic communication with the customer. All around great experience.

Got recall notice in mail. Called and made appointment to make repair. Drove one hour to get to appointment. Waited 45 minutes in lobby. Service agent came out and informed us that they do not have the needed part to do the job. Drove one hour to get home. Agent said they would call when part comes in. That was eight days ago---no call yet! Edit: Been nearly 5 weeks now....No call yet!
