I purchased a 2019 equinox here, no warranty, the day before Thanksgiving. On my way home, it went into limp mode. Reduced engine power, and I was absolutely terrified. I mean it didnt even make it home. I drove it right back and not only did they handle it no charge. They gave me a 2026 version of it as a loner vehicle until they could repair it. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Plus the equinox was the cleanest and in the best shape out of all the ones I test drove. I love my car and will definitely be back when it's time for a new one. Ask for Trevor Peters he was great from start to finish. Keep doing what y'all do.

Had a rather alarming & unexpected dashboard alert about steering assist while driving home from work, and, independently that same evening the cooling fan didn’t shut down but rather accelerated after engine shut off. At almost closing, Taylor at Lash Chevrolet Service was a calming and reassuring voice. Without an appointment. I was able to bring vehicle in next AM, and they kindly squeezed me in to look it over that day, had it repaired & back to me the following morning! Very customer service focused, very happy with kindness as well as expertise. Restores some of my faith in great customer service!

My husband and I researched the vehicle and knew what we were interested in. My husband visited the dealership and met with Mark, told him our situation and Mark was able to get everything completed while I was at work and I just came to the dealership to sign the docs and drove the car home that night. Super easy experience and Mark was very well versed in all of the special features of our first EV. We would highly recommend Mark to any of our friends that are looking for a new vehicle. My wife bought a used Jetta from Mark Gibson. The next day her brand new tire had a nail in it. The service department manager replaced her tire completely instead of a plug because he didn’t like the location of the hole. I was eyeing another vehicle up there, ended up buying a jeep trailhawk I really liked. I appreciate Mark and the service department for what they did with my wife’s car, really helped me move forward with the trailhawk deal. We were out of there with paperwork done in a half an hour both times. No BS, no games on both deals. I think both were fair priced and the financing I was happy with the rates I received on both deals.
