OK here it is! everyone that works for a company always wants to do the best. when it comes to dealerships and parts, especially; it takes a true hero to know what they’re doing. To focus on the situation. This dealership when I am at the end of my rope in CT, looking for certain parts for my vehicle for Transportation in livery, I drive here and Jeremy makes it happen. He focus, his ETA’s are impeccable**^* when he says it should be here by a certain day, It is here by that certain day. the most extent is one day. This radiator no one in CT was able to get to me in less than 10 days, but Jeremy came through for me in 48 hours and it was because it was the weekend. I have to rest assure that if it was a weekday, he would’ve had it for me in 24 hours. He doesn’t only get five stars in my eyes. He should get his reward for customer satisfaction. I’ve ordered parts in the past and they all come back, correct no reason to be disturbed and I have a piece of mind. No explaining that it was the wrong part, or broken, or 1000 excuses it is always correct. Thank you Jeremy I don’t know you, but your services are definitely priceless and if I ever run a company, I definitely hire you. Thank you.

Very thankful & appreciated that someone like Jeremy is working in the Parts Department. He is very honest & blunt. I feel very secured having my car fixed here when someone like him, is ordering my parts.

Quite frankly the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Not only was it over priced and completely different from the listed price on the website, they have a 30% “re stocking fee” just to re tape a box up. I gave them my VIN number to ensure I purchased the correct part, and still I am left disappointed with the wrong part and a nice fee for my trouble. This is unacceptable especially in a pandemic. I will not be recommending this parts department to anyone. General Motors should be ashamed to have you listed as a retailer. I will also be contacting corporate affairs because this is not right, I would never recommend a client of my lawfirm to come here! Sincerely, an un-happy customer.
