2nd vehicle purchase with Laura Buick GMC. Very welcoming staff. Associates eager to welcome in prospective buyers and try to accommodate every wish / desire that we wanted in a new vehicle. Nick Pashos was our salesman and fantastic to work with. Very attentive and communicative throughout the very short buying process. I'm a pretty impatient buyer when I'm and Nick had the team all lined to accommodate our wishes for a badge swap out and the interior/exterior ceramic coating. Nick and his finance team handled communication with our bank and made sure the loan was ready to close within 48 hours. The finance team member was exceptional as well - excited for us, explained things quickly, but thoroughly (which was perfect for us). We also received a great value for our trade-in. Overall, we feel that we got an amazing deal on a '26 Yukon and I'm confident we couldn't have gotten it anywhere else but Laura Buick GMC! When we're looking for our next GM vehicle, Laura will definitely be our first (and probably only) stop.
