I told myself a little while back... once she (my 2011 dodge ram 1500) rolls 300K - I deserve an upgrade.... and BOY did I upgrade!!!!! 2020 dodge ram 1500 Laramie - Longhorn. 😍 HIGHLY recommend the Laurentian CHRYSLER dealership in Sudbury on Falconbridge. For so many reasons I would recommend this dealership.👍👏 Huge thanks to Derryck Turcotte in sales. As a woman walking into a dealership, I really appreciated how comfortable the whole experience was. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics — just an honest conversation and someone who actually listened to what I wanted and was also so so patient and kind with my young child I brought in there. Set her up with snacks, coloring pages and a hole table to herself while we spoke business Thank you. Derryck in sales and Brad in Finance worked super fast and had everything done so I could drive away with my truck the same day that I walked in. Great service all around! 👏🚗

Service was great! I was scheduled for 8:00am and my vehicle went in right on time. I waited for my vehicle because it was just a simple tire swap, but the shuttle drivers would pop in from time to time to verify if I was still good to wait. The waiting area is great as well, the chairs are comfy and there's complimentary beverages if you want them - also a neat looking phone charger that's rigged into a car battery box. When my vehicle was ready the service coordinator came in to let me know, and everything was ready to go when I got to the counter - there was no waiting around while the invoice printed or anything like that. Great service!

Excellent buying experience with Laurentian Chrysler in March 2026. Both Derryck Turcotte (salesperson) and financing advisors Scott, Brad, and Bill were phenomenal. All super genuine, supportive, responsive, and friendly. The day I picked up my vehicle Derryck sat in the car with me to review the functions and get me connected to CarPlay. He went the extra mile. Went with my Daughter about a month ago to buy her first big purchase used car. We were treated with respect and courtesy and had an excellent experience that is getting hard to find nowadays at a big dealership. Chase and Scott were fantastic to deal with and we couldn’t be happier, even after we unintentionally threw them a curve ball on the trade in.
