# Summary Staff members, particularly salespeople, consistently deliver attentive and transparent service that prioritizes customer needs and budget constraints, resulting in smooth purchasing experiences. However, service department responsiveness issues, such as delayed parts arrival and incomplete work orders, have detracted from otherwise positive ownership experiences for some customers.
So I will start with the positive part of my experience. My salesman was Kalid and he was really easy to deal. I bought a new Santa Cruz from him and then a week later we got my wife (picture below) a new Kona. The buying experience was really easy because Kalid listened to what I had to say, stayed in the budget I requested, and got the extras and accessories to the model cars we wanted. Also, we were in and out from beginning with a test drive to finance within a couple hours so that was all great. Now, the reason they only got 4 stars out of five are based on two specific issues that really have nothing to do with the sale or car(s) itself. The first issue was with the credit check. I specifically told the sales manager NOT to shotgun my credit and pick the top three banks or credit unions. Well, that didn't happen. Because I have a credit alert ⚠️ through Lifelock my phone was blowing up all day with allowing permissions on my credit resorting. This also dropped my credit score 20+ points temporarily. I will say though at the end of the day I did get a pretty good rate. The main reason for the "lost star" was and is due to the service department. I was told it would not be a problem transferring my tow package from my old Santa Cruz ro my new one, but three weeks later and after them having my car twice now for the day, they still haven't managed to complete the tow hitch installment. The last time I was called in for my appointment and taking time from work to do so they told me the part they need still hadn't come in...this after telling me it was on a rush order. Did I mention three weeks? Now we are in week four and we'll see what they do. So that's it, a true and objective review of my experience.
I had a really great experience at the Ed Morse Chevrolet GMC dealership when purchasing a car for my wife. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive without being pushy, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all our questions, explain our options clearly, and help us find a vehicle that fit both our needs and budget. What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency throughout the process—there were no surprises, and everything was handled professionally. The buying process itself was smooth and efficient, and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused place to buy a car.
I ordered my 2026 High Country Tahoe (Aka The Eagle 🦅) with Ed Morse Chevy/GMC about two months ago. I was kept in the loop and was provided updates through out the whole period I was waiting for my bad boy to show up. Not only I was receiving update calls from Mr. Khalid, but also the Manager, Mr. Mike Williams, himself called me multiple time to ensure I was kept informed of my order. I picked up The Eagle yesterday 24 NOV 2025and it came exactly how I wanted it. The level of attention, professionalism, and customer service this dealership’s staff, Gene, Khalid and Mike demonstrated went above and beyond my expectation. Khalid, you rock Big Dawg!!! Thank you for making this a great memory and experience. Respect! Marshall
I like that I never have to worry taking my truck here. They've been servicing it since we bought it. I drop the truck off, get a ride from the shuttle, go to work, then they pick me up when it's ready. It's all very convenient. They always remind us when something is recommended, optional or something that needs more immediate attention. I've never felt pressured to do anything. Here we are almost five years and nearly 100k miles later....and we've had a pretty big repair covered by warranty and had to do no extra paperwork. The team took care of it all for us.
Needed an oil change and tire rotation. I am not from the area but they took me in the same day I called and I felt like I was a long time customer. Crystal coordinated my service and visit and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
