It was a good experience with the guys and I wish I would have heard of them before I went to Nissan of Rocky Mount and got robbed I would recommend anyone go there to get a car I love it

I initially went to LBJ Chevrolet it was to look over their used inventory. I had received a flyer about a sale they were having and decided to take a look. When I got there James Cook met me and asked if I was looking for anything specific and I said that I wasn't and just wanted to look at their inventory that was advertised. James said that he wasn't going to push anything one me and showed me where the used inventory was that was mentioned in the flyer. He told me to take my time and if I saw something that I liked and wanted to take it for a drive to let him know. To net it all out, I ended up purchasing a 2024 Nissan Altima SR. The reason I did is because I felt no pressure and the car is the right fit for me and it was my decision. It was nota a car that was forced on me. All of my questions were answered. James is very knowledgeable and personable. Another reason, why I purchased the car from LBJ is because the staff were very professional, friendly and wanted my car buying experience to be enjoyable. I don't like the car buying process and the team put me at ease. It was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I will certainly buy from LBJ Chevrolet again.

The service department at LBJ is top tier and has the upmost integrity. I took my truck to LBJ to get new tires and a couple of other things. A accident happened and my wheels got scratched by the machine. Any other dealership would have just let me walk out the door not knowing and would have denied it. The manager and his crew made sure to make it right and ensured they would get it fixed. I can accept when an accident happens and someone takes accountability! I have always brought my truck here and that will not change! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

From the moment we exited our vehicle until we left the dealership Treshawn was there answering every question I had. His attention to detail was on spot. I have purchased several vehicles from other dealerships and I was never rushed or pushed to make a decision. Treshawn called me after the sale to be sure everything was to my satisfaction.I would highly recommend Treshawn to my friends and family when they are shopping for a new vehicle. Everyone at LBJ was very helpful, highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking a vehicle, you will not be sorry.

I do have to say they are nice, but use scam promotions just to get people in to sell vehicles. Not to mention the "winning" of a supposed $500 smartwatch that you can get from Walmart website for $5.99. Don't scam people just be an honest car dealership. LBJ has a long standing as a quality car dealership so why run a scam to lure people in and give garbage "prizes" to them. Don't be like other dealerships scamming and running cons to get customers. Do promotions and live events to get people. Be the dealership Nashville needs not another scammer like they have in Rocky Mount.
