Leachman Buick GMC

To the wonderful group at Leachman Collison they went above and beyond to get my Jeep back and fought the battle with my insurance company. A big shout out to Matt, Spencer and the lady up front (I'm sorry I didnt get your name) and everyone else who worked on it. Also my husband (who is picky and finds flaws in paint) said he was extremely impressed with the paint job and y'all did a wonderful job!!

This was the second time I’ve have used this dealership’s service department! I was not disappointed! This is probably the best GMC service department I’ve ever used and I have been to many! I was walk in customer without an appointment, but was met with a big smile by Jill Baldwin and asked how she could help me! I needed an oil change and tires rotated! It was quickly written up and my truck was moved into the que immediately! When the work was completed I was accompanied to my truck and verified by Jill that everything was in good working order when I started it up! I’ve never had that happen before at any dealership! I’m super impressed with the service department at the Leachman dealership with Jill Baldwin in particular! What a great service experience! I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Leachman while they worked on my vehicle for about a week. An issue was discovered during a routine checkup that ended up being covered under warranty, which made the process even smoother. The team at Leachman was more than helpful setting up a rental car, getting me to and from the rental pickup, and keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. The work was handled professionally, and the communication was excellent. I’m truly thankful for their service and happy to have my car back and road ready.

My family and I were traveling through the area on our way back from spring break when our vehicle threw a check engine light. We pulled in hopeful for some help diagnosing the issue with 500 miles to go until we got home. The service advisor and technician (Sean) were great - quickly diagnosed the issue and got us on our way. Thank you to the service team at Leachman for giving us the peace of kind we needed. It’s hard to find a good mechanic, and you definitely won’t find one here. My wife and I were driving home from spring break with our two little girls when our dashboard suddenly lit up. One month, thousands of dollars, and multiple repairs later, they called to say we needed a brand-new engine for $15,000. We had only bought this car 10 months earlier for $32,000, and then they offered us just $1,000 to buy it from us. Thankfully, my gut told me something wasn’t right. We had the car towed back home, and within three days, our trusted mechanic fixed it for just a couple thousand dollars. And it wasn’t the engine. Save yourself the time, stress, money, and frustration; go somewhere honest.
