I had an AWESOME experience from the moment I walked through the doors! Mackenzie Miller was outstanding, pleasant, welcoming and friendly! As most people are apprehensive about car shopping and the usual dealership stigma, I did not feel that at all! Brooke Dolin was also outstanding! Again, very welcoming, friendly, pleasant and made the experience just as positive! I feel this was by the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced! From start to finish the process was done with ease. No pressure, no hassle! I am at a loss with the name of the Finance manager, I believe it may be Hassan? Who also treated me with all of the before mentioned qualities and made the process effortless! I am extremely happy with my new Honda Ridgeline! It is exactly what I was looking for! Friendly and cooperative service! I arrived just five minutes before closing time and they helped by getting my paperwork ready ahead of my arrival. They then did a terrific job of keeping me informed by text of service options for my older model Acura and getting my approval before proceeding. And thanks to the ladies locking down a loaner Honda Accord, I was able to keep my commitment to take a senior citizen to a Phillies game.

The folks at LeadCar Honda are top notch! The ladies in service: Carly and Justy made my visits so pleasant as I have had both repairs or new tires placed on my Honda. The gentleman who greets you when you pull in is so sweet and he even vacuumed my car! The young woman Mackenna (not sure if I got her name correct) will truly be an asset as her knowledge and kindness would make anyone at ease buying a car. The folks there strive to make the customer feel welcomed and explain everything that's going on with detail and accuracy! I would TOTALLY recommend this service center. I used to drive to a Honda dealership an hour away but this service tops that and my drive is close. I'm so thankful Lead Car opened in Hamburg.💓💓
