# Summary The dealership receives sharply divided feedback, with most customers praising the sales staff (particularly Jeremy and Andy) for honest, pressure-free service and positive buying experiences, while one detailed complaint alleges billing discrepancies, service overcharges, and unethical practices like using dirty air filters from garbage to convince customers of needed repairs. The contrast between the overwhelmingly positive reviews and the single negative account raises questions about consistency in customer service quality.
Made an appointment for an oil change for my wife's car. When she was ready to leave, the bill was higher than promised. She showed them the appointment confirmation that I had received which included the price and they refused to honour it. My wife didn't want to argue so she paid and then called me after she left. I called the store. The service advisor was angry that I would call and gave me a few lame excuses but eventually backed down because I had proof of what was promised. Next time I was driving the car, I noticed the sticker in the windshield said next oil change was due 3,000 km after this one. Nothing like a crooked dealership that likes to prey on customers they think don't know better. Ended up telling a few friends who have their own stories. One caught the service guys grabbing a dirty air filter out of the garbage to show his wife to sell her a new one. Another one was charged 3 times to diagnose the same problem. Once before ordering the part he asked for, second time because their first diagnosis wasn't completed properly, and a third time when the repair was done. I hate to say it but this dealership gets only one chance from me. Won't deal with them for anything again. This unfortunately is my experience unlike all the bogus 5 start reviews telling how great Jeremy is. I used to work for another company that handed out gift cards for 5 star reviews. Their reviews looked an awful lot like these...
We bought our Buick Envision 6 months ago, we really like it. Jeremy was fantastic to deal with and the service department is awesome to deal with as well. Very happy with the buy experience! Would highly recommend anyone to buy their next truck, suv, or car at Ledingham.
I bought my truck almost 2 years ago and I had a great experience going through buying my first truck! Everyone there was super nice! And Jeremy Funk was so easy to talk to and very helpful with everything!
The sales person we dealt with was honest, knowledgeable and very easy to speak with. No pressure sales. Very positive experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an excellent pre-owned vehicle.
Bought a brand new 2025 Equinox after a hard decision of finally deciding to let go of my 2011 F150. Andy (salesman) and Matt (finance department) were both awesome guys to deal with. Coming from a dealership background myself, I appreciated Andy's approach, wasn't in my face and overbearing or any of the annoying traits that a lot of salesmen have. Trade value was fair for my F150 and the overall deal made was one that I was happy with. This was my families 2nd dealing with Andy in less than a year as my sister bought her brand SUV in March. And her experience is what brought me to Ledingham to deal with Andy. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market to get yourself a vehicle.
