Was driving my daughter to the airport and experienced an scary intermittent vibration in my Jeep. I thought something was wrong with my tires or needed a re torque. I went straight to Leduc Chrysler as I was frightened to drive. I met with Chuck Albers. When explaining the issue he immediately had my Jeep in the shop to inspect. We got it all sorted. He was friendly knowledgeable and was very considerate of my feelings. Thank you Chuck for being AMAZING at what you do!

I am so grateful for the service department! My grand Cherokee had splatter in my wheel wells and up the side of the body and I was concerned about driving it a long distance. I showed up at noon, they got me in within minutes and diagnosed that it was a poor undercarriage coat job instead of something mechanical. They completed an oil change and uncovered some issues that I need to take up with the dealer I purchased it from in Calgary a couple months back. I was in and out in under an hour. I didn’t get specific names, but there were 3-4 people involved in the diagnosis and were all super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the service department here. Thanks again, you took a huge load off!

Would not go here for service department $300 for one u joint= 1 star Not fixing what I came in for= 1star Trying to up sell me till you found the problem=1star Fear mongering me that my drive shaft will fall off unless I get tall to replace it =1star I knew better than to go there because I heard plenty of people tell me not to, but in a pinch I thought I would luck out. But as seen by the one star I did not luck out. I got the same treatment that as many others got according to there reviews. Brought my truck in in a squeaky drive line ( noise would happen as soon as you put truck in gear you could hold the brakes and still have the noise) they told the problem was u joints, I tried to explain that im pretty sure it wasn’t due to the noise and when it would come on and the fact that I felt no play in the driveshaft. But with them be the “experts” I wasn’t going to argue. They went ahead change the u joint ($300) for just the joint. Anyways the noise did not stop so they tried the next thing and that was upsell me on a whole driveshaft. Obviously wasn’t going to let them replace parts one by one. If they couldn’t figure it out they should have just said and not wasted by time. On top of that they charged for some other inspections I did not ask for nor would these inspections help to find the noise. Definitely will not go back to the service department very disappointed. If you need a dealership go to Camrose Chrysler a little further but definitely better than the service in Leduc.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase both my husband and I have ever experienced. Rob and Natalia were both super friendly, honest , helpful and absolutely wonderful to deal with. We are appreciative of Jordon and Christina as well. I 10/10 highly recommend you use this dealership for your next purchase, service etc. We will def be a returning customer down the road .
