Lee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from Lee this past weekend. Our experience was great from start to finish with John and the whole team. I had been interested in a different vehicle that was located at the Augusta location at first and John went out of his way to have it brought to the Auburn location for me to check it out and wasn’t bothered when I changed my mind lol. There was zero pressure to buy and John took the time to explain the whole process and answered all my questions to make sure I found something I loved. We were in and out in just a few hours and are very happy with our purchase so far. We will be returning customers for sure!

I had a leased Jeep Compass that I had leased from another dealer who after the lease, had closed. I heard horror stories about the pressure you get from dealers at the end of your lease and was dreading it. I had to go to a dealer who was not involved in the original lease and was waiting for the high pressure pitch. I went to Lee Jeep in Auburn prepared for that high pressure pitch. It didn’t happen. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with respect. I stated what I wanted, to purchase the leased vehicle, at the buyout price listed on the lease at the time of the lease. There was no pressure whatsoever. The salesman made it happen quickly and smoothly. He made us comfortable in their lounge while they inspected it and got the necessary paperwork together. It took a very short time. We were amazed and impressed. The young lady who completed the transaction for us was also quick, efficient and friendly. We were impressed by how smoothly it all went. Love my Jeep Compass. Would definitely recommend Lee Jeep.

Good experience with service department. Easy to schedule. Drive up door is great. Waiting room is nice. Stocked with coffee and water. Clean bathrooms. We had to wait for 3.5 hours for computer update but everyone was professional and nice. Actually would consider purchasing here next time.
