Predatory practices! One of their salesman contacted me about a car I had for sale privately on Facebook. He offered me a ridiculous low ball offer, it was below trade in value. I would never trust this dealership.
Had a great experience at the services department. Everything was taken care of smoothly and I was provided with a loaner vehicle during the maintenance. I really enjoyed bringing my vehicle here.
I never thought I'd write a review for a car dealership or the person who sold me a car, but from a customer service standpoint the team at Lee Edwards (specific shout outs to Larry Jenkins and David Howell) constantly goes above and beyond what I ever thought was possible. High five you guys! I won't buy a car from anyone else...unless you retire! 500 stars!
