Legacy Autosales

Bought a 2011 Buick Regal not 3 months ago. Fresh oil when I bought. No sign of a leak. 100 some miles till it's due for the first oil change, says 47% oil life remaining, and temperature gauge looks good. It died while I was driving. No oil in the engine, and it needs a new timing chain and heads. I'm out $5,000...as is, no warranty. Never buying from them again.

If you read reviews I want you to know that the low star rating on this place is not a lie. Absolutely never buy a car from Legacy auto sales. It is a bad business owner is a scam it is all worthless. All of their cars are labeled no mechanical issues yet the car we bought When we took it out of the lot the time I got to the house was not even driving it could not go into gear and we try to take it back for a refund and he said the only way he refunded if we paid him $250 for a new title even though a title only cost $30 max in Arkansas. The car that we bought that was advertised as no mechanical issues, but when we had it serviced it needed 2,200 dollars is mechanical repairs. The whole business is a scam so if you read reviews read this review and no to never buy a car from here it is horrible one of the worst experiences of my life I spent $700 and have no car to show for it because of this business. There whole business is fake and false. STAY AWAY!

DONT BUY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. Legacy Auto Sales in Springdale will lie to you !!! Buy anywhere but here! Bought a car for $4000 and a month later it needs a new engine. I talked to them to see if they would pay for the repair. They told me to have the car towed from the mechanics garage I had it at back to them and they would get their mechanic to fix it. I did. A MONTH LATER AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED AND THEY TOLD ME TO GET IT TOWED BACK OUT OF THERE BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO FIX IT!!!! Buy a car anywhere but here!

They gave me a runaround about the title after the car has been totaled and I'm still making payments on a totaled car so never come buy a car from Lagacy Autosales they have no clue what they're doing as far as a business is concerned
