Legacy of Pendleton

Blew a radiator hose climbing Cabbage Hill around 12:20pm last Friday on my way to Boise from Portland. Being stranded on the shoulder, I called AAA for a tow then called Legacy Ford in Pendleton and spoke with Ramon, so glad I did. He said they would be awaiting my arrival and ready to work on it right away. Shawnica and Ramon checked me in at about 2:45 pm. After the technician diagnosed, Ramon gave me their recommended repairs and parts needed. He also gave me another option regarding OEM vs an aftermarket fix with transparency and the timeline of each choice, even offered a loaner if necessary. Wanting to get back on the road ASAP, I went with the aftermarket but very serviceable radiator hose and Mauricio was able to chase it down locally within an hour. They had my F-150 repaired and back on the road by 4:45pm. Hats off to Shawnica, Ramon and Mauricio for their excellent service, their honesty regarding my choices, the timeliness of their service and just how well they treated me. Much respect! I'm so grateful to have chosen Legacy Ford.

We traveled here from Albuquerque New Mexico to visit family. I scheduled an oil change one day earlier and got in the next day. It was so easy to schedule and the receptionist was very polite and professional on the call. After getting there today the service writer Shawnica was super friendly and welcoming and the Manager Ramon was also super friendly. Over all they provided exceptional service from the beginning phone call to schedule, and from the time we came In and had our vehicle serviced, oh did I mention that my vehicle is a Honda cr-v!? They service most makes and models if not all! Definitely a small town vibe with big city service!! I’d recommend 1000 times over and over. Thank you 😊

I highly recommend Legacy Ford. They always provide a seamless purchasing experience and delivered vehicles directly to our location. Since Legacy Ford's return to Pendleton, I recently scheduled an oil change, and the team was excellent. They discovered that I had not used my original complimentary oil change from the purchase of my vehicle over four years ago, which meant my service was complimentary. Outstanding customer service.

In early November 2025, I was traveling through the area when I had a need for emergency repairs on my Ford F350. I limped my truck into their parking lot and explained my situation. They got me right in without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue with my truck. I noted that even the front desk staff was knowledgeable and ended up being correct about what the issue was with my truck even before the mechanic had looked at it. They located the necessary parts in a town nearby and had me back on the road by 12:30. I especially appreciated that at one point they were not sure the parts I needed were in stock, at which point one of the front desk staff offered up the parts from his personal truck in order to get me back on the road quickly. Thankfully that wasn't necessary, but the gesture was very much appreciated. Great service and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the mechanics. I would also note that they didn't just tell me what needed repaired, the also showed me the issue and provided a comparison of my broken part to that of a new one. That type of service gives you piece of mind that you are not being tricked into repairs or new parts that were not necessary.

I have worked and been to many dealerships and this one in particular stands out by far! No comparison to any other dealership, everywhere from sales to service. They treat you like family and willing to help and work with you! Had my vehicle serviced and purchased a vehicle and they made it the easiest and best pricing possible for both purchase and service! Overall highly recommend going to this dealership for all your vehicle needs and purchases, big shout out to Shawnica and Ramon in the service department and Nick in the parts department! I guarantee you they will take care of you each and every time!
