Friendly service. I like the video report allowing me to confirm or deny additional work. The only thing I didn’t like was the shuttle service… don’t get me wrong, the drivers are great but my last Mazda dealership had a Lift service that was really convenient.

A very satisfied customer. My wife and I have enjoyed working with the folks at Burlington Mazda for sixteen years now. We just retired our 2009 Mazda 6 with just a hair below 300,000k on the old girl. I just inherited my wife's 2015 Mazda 6, and she just bought our third Mazda 6, a 2019 with only 60,000k on it. They are not very friendly, Everyone there looked miserable. I never got my car fixed, they gave me a labour price for my job to be done at 220.00 per hour, which door rate is 150 hr.. They charged me 100.00 to look at the car . We were considering buying a Mazda, not any more. We bought another brand. .The only great guy there is the parts manager. Thanks Manny for all your help.
