His kind and lovely dementor was a breath of fresh air after experiencing aggressive pressure or disregard from other GTA dealerships. Greg was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, patient, and caring the entire time from the start of meeting him to the end after making a purchase. This was our first car purchase and he made the process very smooth and hassle free. When we picked up our vehicle, he made sure we were taken care of as our car was spotless, cleaned, and shiny. Very happy with my first visit with Leggat Ford. Much easier to get an appointment compared to where I normally go to get my car serviced. They also took the time to inspect and address my warranty concerns and was able to actually identify a problem. My other dealership just brushed it off and said there was nothing wrong. Ontop of this, leggat offers free shuttle (via Uber) and a free car wash with every service visit. I'm impressed. Thx to my service advisor Alyssa for the great service

I had a great experience at Leggat Ford. Paolo and his team of sales people have a casual-cool vibe that certainly dispelled the myth of the pushy and aggressive atmosphere of car sales. No cheap suits here! Rishad guided me through the sales process in a personal and professional way. I felt I was treated with the kind of respect everyone deserves when making the important purchase of a new vehicle. I didn’t anticipate trading in my old truck and was pleasantly surprised by Paolo’s offer. It made me feel like we were working together to get me the best deal. Not being too ‘tech savvy ‘I had some trepidation about all of the new technology of today’s vehicles but Rishad took me through the whole process of setting up my phone and getting me connected and familiar with all of the capabilities of my new vehicle before I left the dealership.
