I came upon this dealership via Facebook, I had inquired about getting out of my 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line, looking to trade in for a subcompact SUV. I had negative equity carrying over to the new vehicle which I was aware of. I had backed out but then Reece the sales person reached out a couple weeks after that inquiry asking if I was still in the market, which I was but I wanted to get the best trade in value for my Forte which Reece and his sales manager made possible that no other dealership could near me as I was coming from Bethlehem. Reece and his sales manager got me into a brand new 2025 Kia Seltos S, originally what I wanted but unfortunately the other dealership could not offer but at Lehighton Kia, anything is possible!! Thanks for your hard work Reece and your sales manager for getting me into the car I wanted. I would definitely be going to this location in the future & recommend.

I came in with my ford f150 truck. They offered a low ball answer of 2012 even tho it was in decent condition and had low miles for its year. After that came the other fun part. We asked for cash and instead they gave us a check. Then gave us hell for a fee hours about it. Will never cone bear this dealership

Bought my 2025 Kia K4 there back in September and I love this car, my salesman Reece was great and I recently went to have snows put on and have my first oil change. It was a fast easy process. I had a Toyota Camry that I bought from the Toyota dealership in East Stroudsburg, I bought it used and I swear when they sold it to me no one had looked over the car at all. When I went to Kia I needed to trade in the Toyota that had a lot of miles and I still owed way too much but Reese found away to make it happen. Every time I brought that Toyota in for even the simplest service I waited for hours. I will never buy another Toyota which is a shame because I drive a lot for work. I need new cars way more than the average person and Kia has a customer for life in me! Toyota not so much.
