Len Dudas Motors Buick/GMC

Dan at Len Dudas was great! I hope he gets a little extra bonus for this review. I wasn't exactly sure at the time what truck I wanted to buy and from where, however one at Len Dudas caught my eye. Dan talked to me about the truck, and was very patient and respectful. I let him know I probably wasn't going to buy anything that day and he still took the time to go over the details of the truck. He wasn't pushy and didn't treat me any different whether I bought the truck or not. I ended up taking a day to put some thought into what I was going to buy. The truck was in great condition and priced fairly. What sold me though, was what is harder to find at other dealerships, and that is the respectable and prompt service Dan provided. He didn't know for sure I was going to be back for the truck, as I wasn't sure myself. However when I came back the next day, the truck was already being serviced for a minor issue that was brought up in our previous conversation. He continued the conversation with the same level of respect and patience he had the day before. That is what made me choose this dealership and this truck over the other dealerships. If and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will be sure to buy from Len Dudas again. Needless to say, I highly recommend checking out Len Dudas if you are in the market for a new vehicle! They are a huge step-up from the average dealership experience.

I worked with Ed Pena and it couldn’t have been a better experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a car, and was very helpful explaining all the features and how they worked. I used to take my car to take 5 oil change. But for now on I take it to Len Dudas. They're customer service is awesome not only are they professional but they explain everything that's wrong with your vehicle very well. I highly recommend you take your automobiles to Len Dudas you will not be disappointed. Breanna is the person who attended me. She's very kind and she is great at what she does.

The dealership was able to pick me up earlier than I had requested because I fell and injured my wrist and needed to go to see a doctor. They picked me up within 10 minutes and helped me get in my car and on the way. They were really great!

Traded my truck in week ago. Was told it would be hard to sell because it had a branded title so they low balled me! I was stupid enough to take it because they made me feel like I was screwed with this branded title! Now they are selling the truck for 10k more and no mention of the branded title! Telling people the truck gets 21 mpg when that's not even close to true! It gets about 13 maybe 15 at best on highway. It is a good truck and I treated it well but man due I feel ripped off. So anyone who purchases the 22 badlander look into the title and dont let them screw you! My salesman was a good guy that's why they got a 3☆
