Len Stoler Chevrolet

Not long after I got the truck it ended up having a bad transmission. I took it back to Len stoler. They figured out the problem worked with the warranty company and got it fixed. Charlie was awesome to work with he communicated with me every step of the way. Only complaint I have is two things one I think they should have found this problem before I bought it and when I called on to make an appointment. I was very detailed on what was happening and who took the message didn’t listen. As soon as I told Charlie on what the issue was they were right on it and had it diagnosed. I would still recommend them for sales and service to everyone. My mom and dad has bought multiple vehicles from them and get theirs vehicles served there too. Customers for life! Working with Joe great. He responds fast answered all questions and I had worked with my budget. They sell fast and when a truck sold before i could get there he found another one very quickly within the parameters I was looking for. Second time I’ve bought from a bigger dealership and Joe made it great. I would definitely go to him to buy another vehicle again. Mike i. finance did a great job too. He explained everything very well and answered all questions that I had. I also would like to say that Len strollers website was my favorite to look for a vehicle the way it worked on the phone or the computer was The easiest I found it’s set up very well. They have a customer for life.

Nice and smooth making an appointment for the service. Clean and comfortable lounge/waiting room. They kept me posted on my phone, explaining what they were doing with my vehicle. Regardless, my vehicle is in good shape and just needed an oil change, but they also did a load of inspections to make sure it is in good shape. I'm thankful for it. Thank you!
