She answered all my questions clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. Her professionalism and friendly approach made a huge difference. I also want to recognize Finance Manager Mr. Tanvir for making the financing process simple and straightforward. He explained everything in detail, worked efficiently, and ensured I understood all my options. His transparency and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. It was a random search for a Jeep not expecting to buy one but I literally got everything approved and done in an hour since contacting the dealership online. Most amazing dealership I swear! Dwight was the best salesman and was super sweet to our family. Our financing guy was truly Mr.Wonderful. I was so nervous going into a dealership, and they all made this process extremely easy and stress free! They made our what I thought would be difficult trade in extremely easy. Truly blessed that we came across this dealership and decided to drive the hour to them. So sweet my daughter got a little Ram teddy bear for trading in our Ram truck❤️

Best experience i have ever had buying a new vehicle! Contacted Curt and team with a fair offer and they made it happen. Out the door with my new vehicle with exactly what we discussed a little over an hour later once I showed up. Most efficient experience I have ever had. 1 star. A porter at this dealership (not a technician) crashed my 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona during a road test on April 28th. Severe front-end damage, vehicle towed. What I’ve encountered since: — Three different stories from three different employees about where the crash happened. — No police report was filed despite a tow being required. — Two managers urged me to use the in-house body shop specifically so the damage “wouldn’t show on the CARFAX.” — When I went in person to request the dealership’s insurance information so I could file a claim, no one on site could produce it. I was told it would be emailed to me. As of this posting, I still have not received it. — Their proposed resolution was that I take the problem back to Stellantis. I bought this car brand new less than nine months ago. I emailed ownership directly with the full details and a reasonable request for resolution. I received no response. Posting this because that silence has left me no other option. Prospective buyers should be aware that this dealership has, in my experience, actively suggested routing accident repairs through the in-house body shop specifically to keep damage off the CARFAX. If you are buying a new or used vehicle here, ask hard questions about the vehicle’s history and consider an independent pre-purchase inspection. Service customers should know who is actually driving their vehicles on road tests, and how incidents are handled when they happen.

I was in the market for a Chrysler Pacifica and had been doing my homework for about a month when one popped up at Len Stoler , according to the web site it was exactly what I wanted and a fantastic price as well, so I took the 1.5 hrs ride to check it out. Kiam meet me in the lot , I instantly felt relaxed and at ease , he's very friendly , knowledgeable and no high pressure sales pitch ( he'll be my salesman for life) The vehicle was exactly as portrayed on the website as was the price.....so needless to say I drove it home the same day. I might also add that I went in pre approved and the finance dept got me 1point below my financial institution saving me a bunch of money in interest. I highly, highly recommend Len Stoler.....they'll definitely treat you right , and make sure you see Kiam he's phenomenal at what he does
