Tony, JC and Brian were fantastic to work with. All three contacted us at some point and all were more than helpful. Even after we had essentially agreed on a deal, they still managed to find us discounts and work with us. Selection of vehicles and store were very clean and looked great. We traveled over 4 hours one way from Kentucky for our Gladiator and it went flawless no tricks or surprise costs and pushy tactics. Super friendly and relatable. I can say that my wife and I would happily return or refer anyone to this dealership and especially these guys. We have not used the service department due to distance, but I would think that if it was anything like the sales department we worked with, it should be above bar as well.

I used to work in the automotive industry on the service side, and I’m a very hard sale and go in with very high expectations and firm boundaries. Lenoir City CDJR was hands-down my best car buying experience ever. The online reviews are worthy and legit. It’s worth going off the beaten path for. I just moved from TX 4 weeks ago and knew with my job I didn’t want to feed my V8 truck all day. I also knew I didn’t want a brand new car. I stopped by the only Subaru dealership in Knoxville to peek at 2 cars and it was the typical dealership chaos. I was dreading moving forward on any level. I left needing time to weigh everything more heavily and narrow down my search. That led me to a deeper online search and found a nice used car that checked all my boxes listed by Lenoir City CDJR. I called them not long before closing time on Monday (week of Christmas) and spoke with Chris H. I told him I’d check the car out in person the next morning. The next morning, I showed up unannounced and Chris promptly met me as I was checking out the car. He got the keys and we took a drive. I told him my decision was made and I’d like to start the paperwork. I’d already been approved through my credit union, and wasn’t willing to consider alternatives and more credit queries. Lenoir City CDJR fully respected that and worked within my parameters. There was NO stress or chaos in the place. It felt like visiting with a new neighbor. Everyone was authentically warm and friendly. No sales pitch stuff, no pressure, and we stayed on course with everything I said I wanted/needed, including extended warranty. Brian S. was my finance guy, and also amazing to work with. I was waiting for a bunch of back and forth and all the sales crap I’ve always experienced. NOPE! NOT HERE! We didn’t have to arm wrestle over numbers. We landed softly on all of that together and within what my credit union approved me for. I am looking forward to future business with this dealership. They set the bar for the experience we should all hope for. This place is how car buying should be everywhere.
