Met with a young man named Aaron and he was wonderful. Kind, knowledgeable and so helpful to us! He made the sale! I also spoke to Fred Armstrong, who is the most personable person I’ve ever met, and lived chatting with him. I spoke with and worked with the sales Mgr., Tyler and he was funny and helpful and not at all pushy. Finally, I had the pleasure of a brief meeting with Johnny and he too, was so helpful and kind. Every person I came in contact with helped me and made me comfortable in making a big purchase like this. Big to me anyway. I didn’t feel like I was just a “sale” to anyone. No one was in a hurry, they gladly answered my questions and they were patient with my indecision. Thank you everyone for making this purchase less of an anxiety filled experience. I had a great experience purchasing from Leo Chevrolet even as an out of state buyer. My salesman, Kolby, was excellent to work with. Friendly, professional, and no pressure. He sent me a detailed video of the car and walked through all of its features, which made buying from a distance easy and comfortable. I came in with my numbers already worked out and Kolby was very cooperative and helped me reach that goal without any hassle. When I arrived, the car was clean, well presented, and nearly exactly as described. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. They did offer the typical dealer warranty options, but took the time to explain everything clearly and respected my decision after I declined. No hard sell which was very appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Leo Chevrolet again, even if it meant making the drive. Highly recommended.

As an automotive service business in Columbus, we have not had the greatest experiences with anything owned by P4 Automotive Group (Chevrolet of Columbus). We have actually found someone that is willing to work (from out-of-town) that still has that special touch. All I can say is, find and support one of the few remaining FAMILY OWNED CHEVROLET DEALERSHIPS IN AMERICA!! They’re closer than you think.
