Les Mack Chevrolet

Was looking for a 2024 Traverse RS in pearl white. Stopped at a Chevy dealership in the Madison area and was basically laughed at and told I wouldn’t find one. Then the salesmen kept trying to get me to look at other vehicles which I did not want… he just wanted to make a sale. Looked online and Chevy’s website showed Les Mack had the exact one I was looking for and at a lower price than what I was finding. Drove from Madison out to Lancaster as they had the exact model and color I had been looking for and was told by all dealerships around Madison that it would be a minimum of 3 months. Met with Dusty Koeller who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Decided to buy from them. Every member of the staff I met was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back when in the market for another vehicle. Trust me, it is worth the easy drive to Lancaster where you are treated well and not just another sale.

We had Dusty as our sales rep when trading for a 2025 GMC Acadia. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions. All the staff were polite and great to deal with..not our first time buying there and won't be our last..thank you...

We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had one that came in on local trade. We are 3.5 hours away, and read reviews online to see what others had to say about LesMack. We called the dealership and asked questions about the vehicle. Dusty answered the questions and then sent us pictures of a few areas that had small scratches so there were no surprises. They were hones, kind, and respectful. Not pushy at all in any way. I've never had a better experience at a dealership than this one. Even though we are so far away, when we are in the market for another vehicle we will take a look at what they have to offer! Dusty and Troy were great to work with!
