One of their representatives agreed on a price with me. Then when it came time to finalize, he backed out saying he got a better offer and wouldn’t honor the agreed price. Total waste of time and dishonest, avoid dealing with this dealer.
Worst service ever. Our vehicle broke down and only needed a simple fix and the service department refused to even look at the vehicle for over a month. This left a group of students stranded. They clearly do not care about anyone but themselves and posed a safety hazard for children.
We took our vehicle in because of a transmission issue while it was getting looked at we asked if they could help with our electronic screen as it was glitchy The mechanic updated the screen while he was sitting and talking with my husband in the vehicle It took MAX 5 minutes to update and the total visit was less than an hour (to look at the real issue of the transmission) - my husband stayed with the truck the whole time They charged us separately for the two diagnostics… 137 $TWICE This is just really bad customer relations. It was a 5 minute update and we were already paying the base rate of an hour for the inspection of the transmission issue… It’s insane that they they charged us an additional 137$ to do a quick update on our computer! Definitely not coming back here. They charged us
Best GM dealership I've been too, staff is friendly, make you feel at home and above all, lots of choice, looking for a GM product, call Raymond, special sales force, he knows the business.
I had to change the oil and they discovered that my vehicle had more problems, good and reliable mechanic I would recommend the service department to my friends.
