# Summary The dealership receives praise for exceptional sales staff who provide detailed assistance, transparent communication, and respectful treatment across the buying process, with several customers highlighting personalized service that exceeded expectations. However, service department experiences are mixed, with some customers reporting unresolved mechanical issues, prolonged repair timelines with limited communication, and concerns about diagnostic accuracy on warranty work.
Huge shout out to Dennis Rhode at Les Stanford Chevy. I have bought many cars in my life and truly I have never had this top tier customer service that Dennis provided. He provided single detail you could imagine, called service centers, PPI, review videos for me, just so far and beyond it’s not even funny. I can’t say enough great things about my experience and I will not be shopping anywhere else for Chevy ever again. Every single one of my friends who own cars like these said the same thing: “you better save that guys info because that is RARE 10/10 quality service”. If you’re thinking about buying from Les Stanford, reach out to Dennis and find your dream car!! - Note: I’m in NC so imagine how much trust went into me buying this car without seeing it. without dennis’ help, this wouldnt have happened. I’m extremely picky and they left me with zero worries at all. The car was delivered enclosed and in immaculate condition. It’s in my garage currently and I’m literally in love with it. Thanks again!
This dealership was great, was shown around the car inside and out, was able to test drive to make sure it is what I wanted and when it was time to talk numbers everyone was respectful and very informative. Ended up taking the car home a couple days later thanks to Brianna. If any issues pop up I am sure this dealer will take care of it.
I recently bought a GMC Yukon from Houssein aka baldy wow what a great customer service experience, I talked to him 3 times, I told him I had terrible credit, he said listen just trust me and my financial team, I was a little hesitant because of being let down ...I tell you what Houssein and Floyd batted 1000 for me and my family I can't thank them enough they provided and treated me like I walked in with 20000 cash and had excellent credit....if you want great customer service and a no B.S group, go see and buy from these guys at Les Stanford 💯 real deal .....and Netty at the welcome desk is also a delight to deal with :) especially at payment lol 😂 I'll never buy anywhere again Thank you all for your compassion, courtesy and customer commitment. Edit... do not purchase a used vehicle, the vehicle i bought and was so happy about is in the shop with a $6000 bad transmission.
I purchased a brand-new 2024 Camaro LT1 and began experiencing a relatively minor oil leak issue. Over the past two years, I have repeatedly brought the vehicle to this dealership for repairs, but the problem has never been properly resolved. During this time, the dealership replaced the crankshaft seal multiple times, yet the oil leak continued. Eventually, they determined that the engine needed to be replaced and performed a complete engine replacement under warranty. However, despite receiving a new engine, the vehicle continues to leak oil, indicating that the original engine may not have been the root cause of the problem. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly informed that additional components were damaged or required repair, despite those items appearing unrelated to the original concern. This raises serious questions regarding the accuracy of the dealership’s diagnostic process and the warranty repairs billed to General Motors. On multiple occasions, I returned the vehicle for the same unresolved oil leak. During my most recent visits, the dealership kept my car for weeks at a time with little communication and ultimately informed me that they no longer wanted to work on the vehicle. When I asked for a specific reason, I was told that my cold air intake was creating excessive boost pressure and was allegedly responsible for the issue. When I questioned whether this was a valid diagnostic conclusion, I was informed that it was simply their opinion and that they did not wish to continue servicing the vehicle. As a customer, I find this experience extremely disappointing. After numerous repair attempts, including a complete engine replacement, the original issue remains unresolved. Rather than providing a definitive diagnosis and repair, the dealership appears to have shifted responsibility and refused further service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership’s service department. I believe General Motors should carefully review the repairs performed, the warranty claims submitted, and the handling of this case. The service personnel involved included Brian, Chris, and the Service Director. I expected professional diagnostics, proper repairs, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I worked with Telicia Zander’s. Her knowledge and expertise on the Corvette was top tier. She made the process simple and I love my new Corvette!
