Only second car company I have ever returned to more than once. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Aedan is great, treats you like a friend, is not pushy and will go the extra mile to help you. Liam is also great! They are not just about “the sale”, albeit that is their job… They will take time when you go for service to stop and say hi and make sure things are going well. Finance, service and front end staff have all been amazing. I am happy to say that in an industry of “tricks” and “high pressure”, I did not walk away (which I have done many times with pushy sales). If you want to just find your car, or let it find you... look here!

Our experience at Lethbridge Kia was genuinely positive and refreshing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and listened to. At no point did I feel pressured to buy — instead, I felt advised, supported, and respected. Because of that, the purchase felt natural and calm, not forced. I would like to highlight Brennen, the Sales Manager, for his professionalism and steady support throughout the entire process. A very special thank you to Jorge, the Finance Manager who speaks Spanish, for his patience, transparency, and for explaining every detail with clarity. Being able to communicate in Spanish and feel understood made a huge difference and removed a lot of stress from the experience. Thank you as well to Rumal and Krista for their kindness, availability, and support. Everyone we interacted with showed genuine warmth and took the time to help us feel comfortable and confident. What truly stood out was that this team didn’t seem focused only on selling a car — they genuinely cared about us having a good experience inside the dealership. Multiple bad experiences over the years with both sales and service. The management’s words mean nothing. A different sales person calls every other month and their best people never stay. I considered coming in after having a wonderful conversation (finally) with a young lady last month, in sales. She took the time to listen to my story and didn’t make me feel stupid. I saved her number that day. After texting her to schedule an appointment to look at a new Sportage, she informed me she was no longer there. She was still kind enough to help me with the issue I was having and answer my questions (20 minutes on the phone). She even offered to set me up with someone else but I declined. If they can’t hold onto someone with that kind of customer service, that tells me everything I need to know. I’ll spend my money literally anywhere else.

Kia dealership in Lethbridge AB does not deserve a five star rating, they actually deserve a ten star rating. They went the extra mile for me. Very recently I bought a used KIA vehicle else where in the city and had issues with it 3 days after I purchased it else where, anyways long story short, ended up taking it into the Kia dealership and they took care of me even though I didn’t purchase the Kia vehicle from them. From my experience KIA stands by their make and models of vehicles. The customer servers blew me away in a very professional and caring way. They are full of integrity & stand by their quality of service, etc. I highly recommend them in every way.
