Lethbridge Trucktown

We found Trucktown though one of their online ads. When we saw the vehicle we had been looking for, we made the trip to Lethbridge to take a look. Shortly after, we drove back home with a vehicle. Not knowing anything about Trucktown, we trusted them. They proved to us that we did not make a mistake and they deserved our trust. Between Ellie, Angela and Brooke, this has been the most customer oriented dealership we have ever encountered. Personable, understanding and true to their word. Our experience was one that I will not forget, and for all the RIGHT reasons. Thank you!

I just purchased a truck here...Yuki and Brook were amazing to deal with and made the process easy and extremely fast!!!...I dont easily hand out positive reviews but they earned it!!!I highly recommend them...They have great perks too...if you like something there go get it!!!!

Little disappointed. When I bought the vehicle, it had 2,000 more kms than the ad stated. When picked up the battery was completely dead. Then when called in to ask if they did an oil change Brooke said, if it doesnt need one we don't do it. So not only did my vehicle have 2000 more kms then stated I had to do an oil change 1000kms afterwards. How did I know this because they left the previous sticker in the windshield. When I called Brooke wasn't the most pleasant about it either. Well there shouldn't have been a sticker in there because our detail shop makes sure theres no stickers in there. Said she would ha e the other person reach out as I dealt with him and not her! Still haven't heard and this was over a week kow! Needless to say pretty disappointed. Yes it was purchased third party but at least take some pride in your vehicles you have there.

Brooke was so great with helping pick out the right vehicle and feeling confident and comfortable before leaving the lot. I highly recommend Lethbridge Truck Town, all the staff is extremely welcoming and wanting to help!
