I had bought a TDI Golf wagon second hand and I wanted some piece of mind before I put it on the road and the VW Lethbridge service department didn’t disappoint. Dropped it off on a Sunday night and was in touch with AL in the service department the next day. He was transparent about all the issues that come up and up front with pricing. Great communication throughout the week about any changes and updates. I’m very happy with the service and the overall experience.
