Had a bit of difficulty at first because of a simple communication error, no ones fault, but in the end they contacted me and helped me out quite a bit. They made a great effort to get ahold of me and get what I needed to be done, done. Very grateful and if you are English, they will take care of you. Would like to thank you folks for your prompt reply and assistance.
They refused to correct the check engine light of my Grande Cherokee 2004 by saying that the frame is rusty... But this is very normal here in Saguenay! Who should repair it then!? Very amateur and they can not even reply you in English... Very bad experience. The car was jacked with no problem three days before in another garage and I asked the Jeep dealer to repair it... They have not taken any attention to the car. I passed my car before they call me and it was still there. As a foreigner I'm not talking action for this now... But I'll consider buying more reliable brands in the future. There has been two calls for this car but nothing they did for my car... Very very angry with that...
