L'Etoile Dodge Chrysler Inc.

After searching the internet for an exact spec that i was looking for, i found one at this dealer. Only problem is that I live out of province 13 hours away . I’ve been trying for a week to get someone to contact me. Dealt with the web agents and they gave me a number to call and ask for a sales person. I called the dealership 5 times with no answer each time. I left voicemails and sent numerous texts/emails requesting info on the vehicle with no response. I guess because i live in Nova Scotia and can’t speak french, they are not interested and couldn’t be bothered.

Reading through the comments I decided to write my experience. I bought a pre-owned van from here and this was over the phone/emails since I’m from Milton, Ontario. The communication was great. There were one thousand ways this could have gone wrong, but these people were sincere. The day I went to see the car, they have gone far more my expectations, tires and break pads were brand new and the van was spotless inside/out. Paper work in place and ready to sign. 50 minutes, I’m out of there with my van. Thank you Domenic and Pascal.
