So after going to a couple of car dealerships over the course of a week, we went to extreme nissan, premiere honda, and by the time we got here we were brain dead almost but dealing with him was a breeze! No uptight high pressure sales situation he was just so easy to deal with and got us into a beautiful toyota camry which we love! Thanks so much!!!

My experience with LeTulle Motors has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked out the door after signing the contract, Kevin has failed to follow through on anything he promised. I purchased a chevy traverse going on about two months ago, and not even one month after purchase the transmission completely failed. I am now stuck paying a note on a vehicle that cannot be driven. I have been told that replacing the transmission will cost approximately $2,000, on top of what I already paid for the vehicle. Kevin has done nothing to make this situation right. At the time of sale, I was told the vehicle was in “great condition” and that the dealership’s mechanic said it was “flawless.” However, no inspection report, diagnostics, or written proof of any mechanical inspection has ever been provided, despite my requests. On the very first trip I took from New Orleans to Baton Rouge, the vehicle overheated, the transmission warning came on, and I was forced to pull over and idle the engine. When I checked under the hood, there was no oil and no transmission fluid present. This raises serious concerns about whether the vehicle was properly inspected or serviced before being sold. To make matters worse, my temporary license plate has expired, and Kevin has still not provided my permanent plate or a copy of the contract I signed. I am left without proper documentation and without a vehicle I can legally or safely drive. I am the sole provider & mother of four young children, I run a business, and I also care for my father. Reliable transportation is essential for my family. What was supposed to be a relief has instead created significant financial stress and hardship. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid LeTulle Motors
