# Summary The dealership receives praise for knowledgeable salespeople who prioritize customer needs and provide personalized service, with multiple customers highlighting staff members who go above and beyond during both the sales process and after-purchase support. However, one customer reported concerns about the condition of a used vehicle's tires upon purchase, feeling that safety standards were compromised due to budget constraints on repairs.
Chad made the car buying process painless! He takes time to ask questions and find the best fit for my needs. Chad suggested a Forester which is a vehicle I probably would not have considered and I love it! It has all the extra features that make it really special. The entire experience was positive from choosing the vehicle to financing. Excellent experience! 10/10 recommend the Lewis Farmington team!
Derrick is simply awesome. He is a super fun guy but remains professional. He has always went above and beyond for us. He knew exactly what I was looking for and since we met him on a trail, I knew he was legit. Thanks for your time, support, and all around great experience. The staff was also very welcoming and everyone that was in on the process made it super easy.
Initially I felt like I had a great experience at Lewis Ford. Trent was friendly and a good salesman without coming off overly pushy or showy. My experience with the sale itself and paperwork was fine. It is easy for a girl to get caught up in buying a new vehicle and it had been a while for me. For a moment I had a sense of security with my vehicle again. I was looking for a used vehicle and recently someone had traded one in that fit my needs and budget. Upon looking at it I noticed that the tires didn't have a lot of tread, but was informed that there was a budget for the repairs on each used vehicle and that the tires probably wouldn't fit in the budget. I did not think it was the end of the world and in the back of my mind knew I would need to take care of tires. Since the vehicle had just been traded in I waited a couple of days while it was inspected and repaired. The day I picked up the vehicle the tire pressure sensor light was on in the dash and Trent stated that it had to due with the tire pressure and I believe his words were, "To air it up to pressure and drive it 50 miles and the sensor would go off". Things like this do not necessarily scare me off and I trusted what he said or at least that the tires were safe. Since that day I have had two tires that I have had to air up on a semi regular basis. I have to make sure I go out and check them before going anywhere. Also noticed that two of the tires are more like dry rotted than worn. Something I did not notice when I first saw them. I woke up today and a completely different tire is flat. I will admit that this tire had a puncture, but maybe it would not have been so bad if there were any tread on the inside of the tire. I am including a couple pictures of the tire because it is obvious that there is no tread on it. I have had this vehicle ONE MONTH and haven't even made my first payment. I am so lucky that the flat today happened at home as I found there was no jack in the vehicle and I would have really been up a creek if it had happened on the side of the road. I can understand there being a budget, but I feel like I got pushed out the door on bad tires. I did not expect that at all. I know that it was trusting of me, but I assumed safety came first and that if the tires were bad they would not just let me drive off on them. I realize some of the mistakes I made in not looking further than I did. The dealership is not responsible for my lack of budget and ability to just go out and buy four new tires. I was very blessed to be able to get a vehicle at all. They are however responsible for sending people out in safe vehicles and I believe tires are a big part of that. It has really ruined the new car experience for me and that moment of security did not last long. Don't get caught up in their reviews or personalities. They are all car salesman out to make money.
A wonderful buying experience! A local company, with a great staff who take care of their customers. Trent was a great help in finding a car that fit my needs, and was very accommodating. Huge shout out to Shawn though! When he found out I was a first time buyer, he took the time and walk through every step with me. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers, and he went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I'd absolutely recommend Lewis Farmington for your used car needs. I bought a vehicle from them and lets face it, they're machines. I ran into some mechanical issues. Throughout the sales process they really sold the value of their name in the business to go with their provided and available extended warranties to ensure you leave with a quality product. They absolutely stood by what they said and then some. As a disabled veteran that really speaks to me. I found some issues over the course of a week and they fixed me up quickly to get my purchase back on the road and safe. Trent Porter did an amazing job throughout the sale and after the sale when I had issues as well. John Qualls went above and beyond even the warranties to ensure my vehicle was repaired and safe. I can't say enough about the job they did. I hope to have finally found a solution to my used car needs moving forward in NWA. I've bought from several big names around the area and none have treated me better than Lewis Farmington. Thanks guys!
