I have nothing bad to say about these people! I got awesome customer service and vehicle fixed! Their waiting room actually nice also which is very important to me

My wife bought a Jeep in early January. Stating it had been checked over only to develop a tick. Which I have enough knowledge to know it's valve train issues and they will not honor anything at all. They basically told her it's her problem. She has less than 2000 miles on the jeep since purchase I would not recommend anyone buying from Lewis. The salesman was not knowledgeable about anything related to vehicles. If I can give it a zero star review, I would they just want your money and that's it.

This service department is great! I moved here with a pretty new car under warranty. I’ve come in for a couple of issues and oil changes. The warranty portion was basically painless and worth every penny! The Service Advisors at the front desk, and on the phone, listen. So refreshing! I have great customer experience, and always so happy when I pick up my car at the end of it all. I am definitely going to buy my next automobile here at Lewis Hays. They did such a great job in the service department, I just had to review!

The team at Lewis was amazing! Kelly was my sales associate. He went above and beyond to get me a vehicle. I didn't have great credit and had already been denied at another local dealership. I definitely should of came to Lewis first! I was unsure of what I wanted. I gave Kelly minimal information and he came up with some options. He was very knowledgeable and efficient! They got me approved and in a newer vehicle the same day! They were also able to give me more for my trade then I was expecting! All around a great experience. I will definitely use them in the future!
