I recently purchased the new 2026 Toyota RAV4 XSE, and saying my experience was “amazing” honestly doesn’t do it justice—it would almost be underselling the outstanding service Kevin Aguilera (my salesman) provided. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. Kevin never once pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he was patient, supportive, and genuinely understanding about the difficult situation I had experienced at another dealership (and was still going through). He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I also want to give a big thank you to the finance team for making everything smooth and straightforward, and to the service team for getting my vehicle ready so quickly and making sure it looked perfect before I drove off. They were awesome and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
