Where do I start, I essentially made a deal on a used truck friday while at work. Got off work, ran over there in my beater with a heater and test drove it. Decided it was the one for me but it had a few issues that needed to be fixed. Took it home for the weekend and went on a few drive out in the mountains and found a couple more issues. Went back first thing Monday morning when service was open to have some repairs done. Not only did the techs take care of the issues I knew of they also found a couple others. Everything was taken care of free of charge and same day. Thank you guys for the awesome service and getting the truck in same day and putting it as a priority. Start to finish everything was flawless, I can't think of any other time where a car lot has taken this good of care of me. This was definetly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for standing behind your product and making sure every issue was addressed. I will be back for any service work that is needed or when I am ready to upgrade.

The sales process was great when I recently purchased my 2018 F150. Working with Tabitha and Greg was great and they both were very professional through the entire processs. The team answered all of my questions and seemed upfront and honest. They offered me a decent price for my trade in and were very helpful before making a 2 hr trek in order to purchase the vehicle. We had an incredible experience with Lewiston Motor Company in Idaho, and especially General Manager Randy Hastings. After a scary situation where our brand-new truck had a tire blowout that sent us into a hillside embankment—blowing a second tire and leaving the truck completely undrivable—it was towed to their dealership. From the moment we arrived, Randy went above and beyond to take care of us. As business owners ourselves, we value treating customers the right way and understand the importance of doing what’s best for people, and we can honestly say we were genuinely impressed to see that same level of care, honesty, and follow-through in action. Randy made us feel comfortable right away and had his team jump into action. They replaced all four tires and two rims, helped us save money wherever possible, and completed a full inspection to make sure our truck was completely safe for the long drive back home to California. His mechanics also did an extensive test drive to ensure everything was in top shape. What stood out most was not only his kindness, but his honesty, clear and consistent communication, and the fact that he truly did what he said he would do. He showed genuine compassion for our safety and wellbeing, and it never felt like it was about upselling or pushing unnecessary costs—something that can be hard to find. He checked on us multiple times and truly treated us like more than just customers. What really stood out was his kindness—he even let us borrow a car from the lot so we could go grab lunch while everything was being handled. While we were waiting, I took a picture of a sign in their waiting area that said, “Dependable service to meet your needs”—and that couldn’t have been more accurate.
