Lexington Park Chevrolet Buick GMC

My wife hasn’t had a vehicle to call her own in a long time. I bought a Chevy Colorado at Lexington Park Chevrolet June of 2023. My experience there was great! I decided it was time to get my wife her own vehicle. We went back to look at all the Chevy models to see what would catch her eye. We met Kristen “Luna” Taylor and her personality kicked in and she took us around the grounds of some many models. We ended up inside at her desk to talk detail's. She found out what my wife was really interested in. From there we test drove a few and from all of them got a list of things my wife loved. I wanted Chevy again but the wife fell in love with a GMC. Kristen was able find the perfect choice for my wife. As promised she got the car to the dealership and we fell in love with it. It is a beautiful 2026 GMC Terrain Elevation with all the requirements and then some that my wife asked for. It has been a wonderful experience seeing my wife light up with her new vehicle. Kristen and Matt (The finance director, who looks like the police officer from Arkansas Chief Bradley Taylor On Patrol Live PD) made this another special time for me. Hats off to Lexington Park Chevrolet Buick. A 5 star thank you to Will Presler. I went on line looking at a 2020 Chevy Tahoe LT. Will got me over what I was asking for on my 2014 Tahoe LTZ. A truck I never thought I was going to part with. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Will knew I was driving in from 2 hrs away and had to cancel the 1st visit and had the truck ready for me on day 2. A huge thank you to the family who traded in their 2020 (now mine) you took great care of it and so will I. Lifetime power train and 8 years on the electronics for warranty's. Will and Chase didn't try to oversell me on anything. Just listened and answered questions. I couldn't have made a better choice or met nicer people. Kristen Taylor is amazing and super knowledgeable with all the electronics that come with a new vehicle these days! She is quick and very responsive to any messages and her work doesn’t stop ✋ after the purchase is made. We’ve contacted her several times to figure out how something works in our vehicle. She’s even FaceTimed us to get things figured out on our new purchase! She really is amazing and great to work with!

It was an excellent experience. They treated us like a guest the whole time. I felt more like going to an Open House than a car dealership. Mr. Crain never pressured us to make a decision. He gave us the keys and let us experience the drive like a family should. Even on our 2nd visit they were giving us future option if we wanted to wait. I would 100% recommend anyone buying a car to stop by here 1st before they travel any distance away from the area.
