DO NOT buy a used vehicle from this place. They will tell you its good without issues and then sell you a $4,000 warranty on top of it that won’t cover the issues it has that they knew about but didn’t disclose it to you. Purchased a (great running, no issues) Durango 2 days ago, go get it checked out only to find it needs 2 motor mounts (which they admitted to knowing but didn’t tell me about) it had a neglected coolant leak at the thermostat and water pump and it had 3 major oil leaks (oil saturated from the filter, oil pan and valve cover gaskets) which it “just had an oil change” so now I’m out of $20k plus a $6-7k repair bill. Save your time and look elsewhere. Warranty WILL NOT cover preexisting issues which clearly these were and they tried covering up.

Straight up asked the sales manager through text if he saw any signs of rust underneath a truck I was interested in buying. He said, “I saw no signs of rust”. I get there and look underneath, and wouldn’t you know it…rust. Not just a little, a lot of rust and it was flaking. Some was even spray painted black to hide it. Clearly there was substantial rust impacting the entire undercarriage. The manager played dumb when I said I wasn’t interested anymore. Deceptive only took one picture, but elsewhere was much worse

I had a very good experience there. I dealt mainly with two people, Troy Jackson who was a new salesman, and Shaun (spelling?) who is the service manager. Troy is a former technician so knew a lot about mechanical aspects and was helpful with my numerous questions, and Shaun helped with a question I had regarding the headlights - and solved the issue - caused by the previous owner. Both were exceedingly helpful to me in my purchase of a late model Ram.

There's a sales manager named Liam who is quite reasonable and actually helped me solve a small problem when he had nothing to gain by doing so. This is unusual in the car business, and reflects good character. As for the dealership itself, I have not yet formed an opinion, but my experience has been good so far, and I am hopeful that enough others in this organization share Liam's ethos.

I can’t recommend Lexington Park CDJR enough! I was on a mission to lease a very specific 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X in Reign with the Sky One-Touch top. I already had an offer from another dealer, but Dewayne, spent hours working through every detail with me to not just match it, but significantly beat it. This was by no means an easy feat but the time and effort put in was worthwhile! By the time we finalized the deal, the dealership was closing and I was still nearly two hours away. Dewayne, along with Melissa in the financing office and their dedicated staff, actually stayed behind and waited for me to arrive so I could take delivery that night. I have purchased many cars over the years and have had several different experiences along the way, but this last experience was by far the best. The team truly went above and beyond my expectations. If you want a team that actually listens and goes the extra mile, go see them!
