A BIG thank you to Bernardo Dewes in the Service Department! He saved our short getaway from Palm Springs. Our first morning in Oceanside our Lexus ES 350 had a dead battery. After getting it jumped, we were placed in Bernardo’s care at the Lexus Carlsbad Service Department. He didn’t make us feel unimportant (which is what I was worried about being that we purchased our vehicle in the Desert.) Instead he checked us right in and was able to hook us up with a loaner for a few hours while the battery was tested and in turn replaced. He even had our car washed. What first turned out to be a pain especially on a little vacation, turned out as a really positive experience. Who knows…when we go to turn this car in for a new Lexus one day, we may just travel back to Lexus Carlsbad. Thanks Bernardo!

I love my Lexus RX 450 plug-in hybrid! It has a 40 mile range on electric and that is all that I drive daily, usually. Since I purchased it last July, I’ve only had to fill the tank four times And that last tank is still full. One fill up was because of a road trip. I have not had to buy gas even once since the oil prices began to rise in March. I would absolutely recommend this vehicle and I would recommend buying it from Lexus of Carlsbad. I had a great experience with sales and with my follow up complementary service. Kim Porter is a good Service Advisor with great communication.

I was selling my soon to be off lease RX350h. It took 20 minutes or so to find my contact John, but once we got together he was great. The dealer’s offer was reasonable and fair based on KBB. The whole process of evaluating my SUV thru final paperwork took less than an hour. A+ experience. My wife bought a car there a few years ago and also had a good experience. We like Lexus Carlsbad!
