Don’t waste your time at this location. My wife and I visited specifically to look at the new NX 350h. After waiting for 15 minutes, a salesperson finally approached us and asked if we were 'looking to buy a car.' It was such a bizarre question that I almost told him I was there to buy a pool. Once we told him we were interested in the NX, he dismissively referred to it as the 'entry-level' model and said they didn't have any. He pointed toward another vehicle, told us it was the same thing with fewer options, and simply walked away. He showed zero interest in helping us or providing further information. The contrast is night and day compared to Lexus Ste-Julie. We went there afterward and the service was A1 from start to finish. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, avoid this place and head to Ste-Julie instead.

From start to finish, Amin made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and always took the time to answer all my questions. The director, Ben, was also very kind and easy to talk to, which made the experience even more comfortable. Valerie handled the paperwork perfectly and took the time to clearly explain every detail, making sure everything was understood. Overall, the team is highly professional and truly cares about their customers. I 100% recommend this dealership!
