I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed with the vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership. I bought an RX 350, model year 20 through your listing on AutoTrader, and although the advertisement stated that the vehicle was certified and inspected by your team, the car has several issues, as outlined below: The filters and engine oil have not been changed for a very long time. There is an interior part missing from the vehicle. The owner’s manual is not included. The fabric floor mats are also missing. Brake pads are in a bad condition The rear cup holder is broken and it does not open properly The tailgate and HUD switches are broken The tires are old, dated 2022 I have never experienced such an unacceptable and unprofessional level of service in Canada, especially from a Lexus dealership. Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be dealing with your dealership again. Here are some photos
